What insurances do you work with?

We work with almost every major insurance company including; Blue Cross Blue Shield, Select Health, United Healthcare (EXCEPT UHC Medicare Advantage), Medicare (NOT Medicaid), Tricare, The Dept. of VA, Cigna, Aetna, UMR, DMBA, EMI, PEHP, and GEHA. If you do not see your insurance on this list, please reach out as we may still be able to help you.
Are TMS and Spravato covered by insurance?

Both TMS and Spravato are FDA-approved, which means that they are widely covered by most major insurance providers. That being said, your individual insurance plan dictates things like benefits and plan policy, so our office staff will have to call your insurance and work with them to ensure you are covered before we begin services.
How much do services cost?

The exact cost of services is determined by your specific healthcare plan. Before your first visit with us, we will conduct a verification of benefits on your behalf so that you are aware of the full cost of the visit before you come in. If you are not currently ensured, please reach out to our office, as we do offer cash-pay discounts in such scenarios.
How do I qualify for TMS/Spravato?

While each insurance company has different criteria for how a patient can qualify to be covered for TMS and Spravato, a good rule of thumb is that the patient must have tried at least two different antidepressants of differing medication classes before insurance will cover TMS or Spravato (though they may require more than this). If you are unsure whether or not you would qualify for TMS or Spravato, then reach out to our office, and our office staff would be more than happy to help you out.
